Administration and Finance is the new (2017) name for what was our Financial Secretary training program. The name more accurately reflects our mission, which is to train, advise, and assist the councils and assemblies of Washington and all their officers in matters of council administration and in financial matters.
While most of our work will continue to be training and assisting Financial Secretaries and Faithful Comptrollers, we also offer our advice and assistance in administrative or financial matters to District Deputies, Grand Knights, Faithful Navigators and all other council and assembly officers.
Please feel free to contact any of our trainers with any problems or question in areas such as officer role and duties, membership records, required reports to Supreme, Safe Environment Program, annual IRS returns, audits, budgets, billing and retention, use of Member Management and Member Billing, correct money-handling procedures, and other administrative or financial questions.
